SILVER, ONE SHOW, BRAND JORDAN “MAYBE IT’S MY FAULT”

For “Maybe It’s My Fault” we wanted to create a message for the beginning of the NBA playoffs about the state of basketball.

In “Maybe” we travel backwards through Jordan’s life and the moments that defined him as a player as he speaks about the false perception he might have given to those who watched him. A perception that the game came easily to him without hard work or sacrifice. That the talents he was blessed with escalated him to greatness, and not his unwavering determination.

The absence of a playoff system in college football has long been a heated debate. The BCS computer has been depended on to decide the fate of many NCAA football teams.

For “Simple Math” we wanted to craft a message surrounding the Bowl Championship Series games that called out the system, and demanded players should determine their fate. Not a computer.
