Josh is an Executive Creative Director with more than 20 years of experience creating global campaigns for some of the most iconic brands in the world, including Nike, Apple, Facebook, Taco Bell, DirecTV, UberEats and Adidas.

He has held the highest creative leadership roles at top agencies, leading teams, shaping award winning work, and helping win major new business. As Partner and Executive Creative Director at Zambezi, he helped grow the agency from 7 to 60 people and secure its first Gold Cannes Lion and One Show Gold Pencil.

His work has earned more than 40 Cannes Lions, along with awards from D&AD, The One Show, and Clio, and he has been recognized by Adweek Creative 100 and Entrepreneur Magazine Top Creatives.

Based in New York City, Josh continues to make work that earns attention, drives business, and avoids feeling like advertising whenever possible. He is TSA PreCheck approved and currently maintains a deeply unnecessary 4.91 Uber rating.
