Most recently, Josh served as interim Executive Creative Director at Highdive Advertising, where he led creative on a pitch to win State Farm Insurance—Highdive’s largest account to date. As interim ECD at McCann NY, he led a Cannes Lion, One Show, and Clio-winning campaign for MGM’s Bellagio. During the pandemic, he created Facebook’s "Never Lost" campaign, which also received Cannes Lion, One Show, and Clio awards for its emotional impact and cultural significance.
As Executive Creative Director and Partner at Zambezi Advertising, Josh helped the agency double in size and win Ad Age’s Small Agency of the Year twice. He spearheaded new business wins, bringing in clients like AutoTrader, Samsung, Stance, and Kelley Blue Book, while leading the agency to secure its first Gold Cannes Lion and One Show Gold Pencil. His campaigns seamlessly integrated digital, social, and experiential media to forge meaningful connections with audiences.
